Key Manager Main Features

• Keys: status and lines. For a better keys management, some statuses are defined: enabled, disabled and ordered. It's then possible to set a specific status to keys and to display products with keys based on status of the keys they contain. In addition, each key can contain one or more lines.
• Import keys. Keys can be imported with a .txt or .csv file (separator can be defined).
• Security. The keys are encrypted in the database using an encryption key which is defined in module's file.
• Combinations. You can add keys to any products with or without combinations and in any products category.
• Statistics. Number of keys available, ordered and disabled.
• Orders. Ability to manually assign keys to an order and to view keys for a specific order.
• Logs. Monitor Key Manager activity through logs.
• Keys without product. When a product with keys is removed from PrestaShop's catalog, keys are identified and stored to be available for the customer if they have been ordered. And PrestaShop's administrator can still manage these keys.
• Backup and restore. When you remove keys, they are stored in recycle bin and you can restore them at any time.
• Stock management. Key Manager updates products quantities if stock management is enabled and sends email to the administrator when key's stock is low.
• Front Office. Key Manager displays keys ordered in the customer's account and sends an email with ordered keys to the customer when the payment is accepted. The module puts links in customer account and "My Account" block. The customer has the ability to receive by email his keys for specific order at any time.
• Refund. The module manages the partial or complete refund of an order.
• Configuration. Advanced configuration features for the Front and Back Office.

When customer has paid his command, the keys are either sent by email or available in the customer's account or both.
