What does this Prestashop module do? This module adds a fantastic opportunity to connect to the Despatch Bay API system, allowing the user to select pre-configured shipping methods via the PrestaShop admin section (see screenshots): The module is extremely flexible by allowing you to use it on its own, as well as in combination with other shipping methods simply by a few admin mouse clicks. You can also select which shipping tarrifs you would like to use from the Despatch Bay API system, all from the comfort of your Prestashop admin section.
Additionally, you can also add your own costs to the delivery tariff by selecting the ‘Use Customized Cost’ checkbox.
Installation Simply login to your Prestashop administration section, select Modules and click Add a new module > Browse to the file on your computer and upload.
Once uploaded click Install from Shipping & Logistics: You can grab these details from your Despatch Bay admin, you only need to add these details once and click Save.
Despatch Bay Admin -> Information -> Website Integration -> Advanced API You can choose which Despatch Bay delivery options you would like to use by simply enabled or disabling the corresponding delivery option from the Prestashop admin.
You can also use a combination of other delivery methods with this module, it can work as standalone shipping method or in conjunction with other methods.
