This module will enhance the back office Catalog section by allowing users to remove products from a Category without having to edit each product separately.
In order to currently revise product category the user must edit the product and then select which Category the product should appear in. This module provides a "Remove" button next to the existing Reset and Filter buttons in the Product section of the Catalog page.
The user simply selects 1 or more Product check-boxes, clicks Remove and each product is quickly removed from the current Category. This allows for quickly removing multiple products from a Category without having to edit each Product individually.
The module currently supports prestashop versions 1.3.1.1, 1.4.1.0, 1.4.2.5, 1.4.4.0 and 1.4.4.1.
If you install the module on a different version, the remove button will not be appear. Other versions will be supported in the future. You may also send me a support request to add other versions.
There are no core file modifications required.
