Allow to each product a shipping cost

You can set:

• The maximum shipping cost amout
• If the costs are counted once or many times that the products are present in the cart.

Shipping costs are set in -Tx and appear as the display of client groups.

Test on : 1.2.5.0 - 1.3.0.1 - 1.3.1.1 - 1.3.2.3 - 1.3.5.0 - 1.3.6.0 - 1.4.0.17 - 1.4.2.5 - 1.4.4.0
