Features:

• Module is able to add a field to the account creation forms with the exception of the instant checkout form presented when both the guest checkout and standard (five page) checkout options are enabled.
• If this is the case, you will be informed in 'Configuration check' section.
• This module is not able to collect data in this configuration as there is no possibility to output a field to the instant checkout form without modifying the
  core PrestaShop files.

This module adds an additional field to the account creation form to collect referrer information.

• The administrator receives an email with the question, the product concerned by the question and customer data.
• The emails you receive will be sent in the primary language of the shop.

This version comes with translations for French, if you use multiple languages, you can easily add them (procedure specified in the file readme_fr.pdf provided with the module).

You can very well use this module to ask customers or visitors if a form is incomplete or inquiries: just edit the link text displayed in the data sheet!

The advantage of this module is that the customer or visitor is constantly on the product page: Form sends email opens "popup" on the product file and the client will not lose the page product to consult!
