You choose one of the available hooks and create your own content blocks, using the built-in TinyMCE Editor(that you can switch to plain text editor), known fromt the product description page, or CMS creation. There, you can style your text, insert pictures or tables and even use javascript to include some features like sliders, galeries, overlays etc. You also can add own css classes to your contents (with the HTML-button) in order to style the blocks with css.
The principle is very simple and powerful at the same time.
