You probably experienced the problem that many customers who chose bankwire, check, bill or similar payment methods don't actually transfer the money. Some maybe decided later that they don't want to order any more but most simply forget to transfer the money or delay it. Ie: they order at work but have to transfer the money at home and forget it, etc.
It's a pity since you already got your customer to place an actual order!
With this module you now can increase your revenue easily by reminding those latter customers to transfer the money by sending them an automatic email reminder. Configuration of the module is very easy: just decide when and how often you want to remind these customers. Ie: we remind customers once a week (7 days after the order was placed) and do this 4 times. So basically a customer who hasn't paid for his order receives a reminder every week for at most a month.
Since we enabled this module in our shop we experienced an increase of 60% of payments that are done after 7 days and otherwise would have been lost if we did not remind our customers.
