Prestashop Module Prepayment

Offer a new payment to your customers by allowing them to pay by prepaid account.

 

Management of prepaid accounts : your customers credit a cash reserve they use later to pay their orders.

 

Front-Office :

A new page in the customer account give access to their prepaid account.

They can see the historic of the operations (credit and debit) and the current amount available.

A button provide access to the credit possibility, by selecting the amount to credit in a predefined list.

While placing order, the prepayment option is proposed as a payment method. The order validation then creates a debit operation in the account.

 

Back-Office :

The main page provides access to all the prepaid accounts.

For each one, it is possible to define a maximun negative amount and a due date for this amount. So the customer can place an order, event if its account amount is not enough. He will credit his account later.

All the operation in the accounts can be edited. It is then possible to credit or debit the account manually.

The admin tabs of this module respect the access restriction per employee.

Each prepaid account can be de-activated.

A CSV export is proposed, either for account list, either for the operations list of an account.

 

Configuration :

Through the configuration page, you define if the credit through front offic eis allowed or not.

If so, you define the list of amounts that will be proposed to the customer.You have the possibility to define an extra amount that will be offered for each amount (for example, 10â‚Ź offered for 200â‚Ź credited)

This module fully support the multi-currency principle : the accounts are managed in the shop default currency. Each operation is managed in its own currency.

Order payment or credit facility in front office can be desactivated or restricted per group, per currency, per country (as all other payment method)

 

Extension:

This module is delivered basically with the cheque and bank wire as credit method in front office.

The moduel design allows to easily add any other credit method, like credit card, Paypal, and so on...
