This prestashop addon allows to display categories from your store in dropdown lists instead of a default category tree structure. This module is based on dynamical ajax filter, it mean than subcategories are dynamically loaded without page refresh. This feature reduces page load time. This module also allows to display the number of products in each subcategory (and main categories also) - you can of course disable this feature if you don't want it.
