Real homepage editor gives big possibilities in organising the PrestaShop site home page. The module is an “all-in-one” solution to create your own Prestashop site home page. It allows to create multiple blocks which can have the next elements:

- header,  

- description. WYSIWYG (rich text) editor is used and block's description can include not only text but html markup, images, tables, lists and many other elements, products. Every block can contain number of products from selected categories (one, few or all product categories). By default the block with products will contain random selected categories products, if you wish to display in the block specific products, then add those products on the admin product's page into “Home” category and select “Home” category along with product's main category in the “Real homepage editor” module admin page. If number of products from selected categories added in “Home” category exceeds or equal to desired number of products in the block then only those specific products will be displayed, otherwise random selected categories products will be added to match the number of block products. Products appearance in the block can be customized in the module admin area, you can show/hide “view” and “add to cart” buttons and show/hide products prices.

- product tooltips, which can include short/full product description.

All block's elements are optional, they can be combined in the way you like, blocks positions on the home page are adjustable in the module admin area.

 The module ensures comfortable and efficient search for Prestashop site visitors and better presentation of Prestashop site product catalog. 

Real search Main Features

 The main features of the module search blocks include:

- different page locations,

- header, left, right or central page columns,

- optional text input field,- "autocomplete" option for text input field,

- different search scope  for every search block,

- automatic selection of search groups for selected search scope, 

- as search groups are product attributes, features, categories, manufacturers and price ranges,

- price ranges are calculated automatically,

- display search groups as dropdowns or lists of options

- optional submit button,

- different display options for search groups titles(show / hide / as dropdown option),

- ability to display number of available products for every search option,

- static or expandable / collapsable content,

- optional title, description, text search input field title and submit button text, 

- multilingual support. 

 - search blocks can be placed in the header, left, right or central page columns,

- each block can contain the text search input field with the ability to display products at typing keywords (similar to the “ajax” feature in the standard Pretashop search module, the difference is to display images of products found)

- for each search block can be set the search scope, which may be limited to one / several categories of products,

- automatic selection of search groups that can be used to search in the selected search scope. As the search groups are the attributes, features and categories of products, manufacturers and prices. Ranges of prices are calculated automatically,

- the search groups can be displayed as dropdowns or lists of options-

module allows to create blocks with submit button or without it, in the absence of submit button search starts when user selects any search option,

- search groups titles can be displayed / hidden or included in dropdowns as default options, 

- each search option row can contain the number of available products,

- as mentioned above, price ranges calculated automatically, the module administrator can set the price range step to decrease / increase the amount of price ranges,

- the contents of search blocks can be static or expandable / collapsable,

- for each search block can be selected pages of the site on which the block should be visible / hidden,

- each search block can have an optional title, description, text search input field title and text for the submit button, if search groups are shown as dropdowns, the default option text can be set. For multilingual sites it is possible to input text options for each language.
