HTML5 offline application for backend can speed up your website's backend page download. Through using HTML5 offline application technology, it's storage website's program static resource files(like javscript file, css file, small icon) to your browser. So when you refresh a page, browser do not need get files from server, just need download page html content, other resource files will load from local computer automatically, do not need to download them again.
