When installing this module you will be able to offer your customers or visitors a direct contact line for every item on your e-shop. <p >Its peculiarity is that each question and its answer will be printed in the same page of the consulted item. <p >Features: <ul > <li >* Sends the customer a confirmation e-mail “Received Question”. <li >*Administrator receives an e-mail containing the question and the customer´s data <li >* Questions can be deleted by the e-shop administrator <li >* Answers will only be shown in the product page once they are answered by administrator <li >* When answering a question the customer will receive by mail the answer and will be printed in the product page the question as well as the administrator´s answer <li >* Confirmation e-mails and answers will be sent in the same language questions were made <li >* When there are questions without responding an alert will be shown in the modules area including a direct link to the question <li >* Module´s administration Works with your e-shop default language, this versiĂłn supports English and Spanish <li >* This module is due to receive questions made in all languages that were configured in your store, loading questions lists for each active language in your e-shop E-mails are sent in the language that questions were made. <p >This version comes with e-mail files for spanish and english, if you use more languages , you will have to create the corresponding e-mail files.
It is very simple to create new e-mail files for any language that is not supported in this module, you just have to add the e-mail files inside the corresponding directory with its abreviation “br”,”it”,”fr”,etc ‌. The module is made to auto detect languages and which files will result more convenient for each language.
