When they have questions related to your store, the first thing customers normally do is looking for the answers right in your site as they may be busy or not interested in calling or visiting your store.
Some might leave your website for not finding FAQ. Don’t miss any potential customers just because of lacking FAQ.

Installation:
- Copy the folder "blockfaq" in "SITE_ROOT/modules/”
- Go to Admin section, select the "Frequently asked questions - FAQ" in Other Modules and click Install to install the module.
- Click ‘configure’ and setup Frequently asked questions - FAQ
