With this modules on pages load only video thumbnail – video opening in nice shadow box.

With this “Video gallery” module you can create, edit categories. When you insert videos, you can change videos position – just drag and drop; change status – enabled, disabled; edit and delete.

If you don‘t like video thumbnail from video file, you can upload your own image.
