Prestashop Module Sliding Menu

Add image links with style.

This module displays a sliding menu of images on the homepage or product footer. Only one full-sized image is shown at a time and part of the other images are shown. When the mouse hovers over a collapsed image, the full-sized image is displayed with a sliding transition.

On the configuration page, you can specify the size of the entire menu and the full size of the images. The collapsed width of the images is automatically calculated using these widths. The more images you upload, the smaller the collapsed width. There is no limit on how many images you can upload. You can also choose to upload a different image for each language.

You can also choose whether an image is expanded by default, whether all the images collapse when the mouse moves off the menu and the speed of the animation. You can also manage the images and add a tooltip and link to each image on the configuration page. Images can be repositioned, deleted or set as the image that is open by default. When an image is edited, the row is highlighted so you know you are editing that image.

This module stores all the image information in XML format in slidingmenunc.xml. If you want to upload more than one image at a time, you can manually upload images to the modules/slidingmenunc/images directory, then click the "Regenerate images" button in the "Image Settings" section to import the images. If the "Erase existing data" option is enabled, then all existing images and associated data will be deleted before importing. If the option is disabled, then only new images will be added to end and existing images and their associated data will be preserved. You can also manually edit modules/slidingmenunc/slidingmenunc.xml to add data to multiple images at a time.

See the "Demo" tab at http://www.nethercottconstructions.com/en/prestashop-modules/12-sliding-menu.html for a demo of this module.
