• Module is able to add a field to the account creation forms with the exception of the instant checkout form presented when both the guest checkout and standard (five page) checkout options are enabled.
• If this is the case, you will be informed in 'Configuration check' section.
• This module is not able to collect data in this configuration as there is no possibility to output a field to the instant checkout form without modifying the
  core PrestaShop files.
