OleaPaydiff is a module which manage differed payments with maximum amount of differed payments. Your customers are allowed to place orders and to pay several days later. You manage your order as usual. The due date of the payment is written in the PDF documents.

 

Principle:

 

Each customer is allowed to place up to a maximum amount of order. Each time they want to order with this payment method, the module check the total amount already placed.If the maximum is overload, customers are asked to use another payment method.

In Front-Office, a page in 'My account' allows customer to see the status of his account : maximum amount allowed, current amount used and list of expected payments

 

Back-Office:

 

Page give access to the configuration of the configuration for each customer of global allowed amount and the number of days of delay for the payment (compared to order date or to end of month of order).

Another page lists all the orders placed with differed payment. It is possible to acknowledge each payment order so that it is not taken into account of the global amount.

A configuration parameter allows to work without acknowledging the payment. Current amount is then calculated on orders for which due date is not expired.
